Privacy policy

Nordic ERP is designed to operate your Odoo infrastructure without turning credentials or server secrets into dashboard content.

Information we collect

We store account details you provide, including your email address, name, company, and phone number. When you connect infrastructure, we store the project configuration, agent health, repository metadata, deployment history, and logs required to provide the service.

How we use information

We use this data to authenticate you, operate connected Odoo environments, deliver deployments and backups, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Authentication and cookies

Email sign-in uses a short-lived, single-use verification code. We store only a hash of that code. Essential cookies maintain secure sessions. Optional analytics are used only when you consent.

Infrastructure access

The Nordic agent makes outbound connections to the control plane. Access and operational metadata are limited to the tasks you authorize. Sensitive configuration values should remain masked.

Retention and choices

Account and operational records remain while your workspace is active or as required for security and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting the Nordic ERP team.
